El proceso incluye recepción, lavado, pesado, envasado y congelamiento del producto hidrobiológico pota.

Utilizamos embarcaciones artesanales del puerto de Paita para la extracción de la pota.

El producto se envasa en láminas plásticas de 10 kg y luego se empaca en sacos de polietileno de 20 kg.

Los envases son de 10 kg y 20 kg, asegurando la calidad y frescura del producto.

La pota se extrae del mar en el puerto de Paita, garantizando frescura y calidad.
